Heartvale is made by one person, and every message is read by that person. If something is broken, confusing, or you just want to say hello, write in — in any language.
Do I have to pay to play?
No. The Short valley is free forever, with no timers, no ads and no limits. One optional purchase opens the Medium, Long, Zen and Custom valleys — but those also unlock on their own as you play.
I paid, but the modes are still locked.
Open Settings → Restore purchase. It asks the App Store again and restores the unlock. If it still says nothing was found, check that you are signed in with the same Apple ID you bought it with.
I got a new phone. Do I pay again?
No. The purchase belongs to your Apple ID. Install the game and tap Settings → Restore purchase.
Will my valleys carry over to a new device?
Saved valleys and records live on the device itself, so they do not move between phones. The purchase does.
Does the game need the internet?
Only to make the purchase. Everything else — every mode, every valley — works in airplane mode.
Can I play in my language?
Heartvale speaks 28 languages and follows your phone's language automatically. You can also pick one by hand in Settings.
